Mike Frank
Hello,
my name is Mike Frank. I like long walks on the beach and dried
martinis with two olives shaken not stirred. Just kidding about that
last part. Anyway I’m only 20 years old. Besides that I am
currently a student at Franciscan University of Steubenville
and enrolled in the pre-theologate program. Before I entered FUS
I was a student at Villa Julie College where I met all these fine
Agnus Dei and Jubilate Deo students. They have really helped me
become rooted in my faith, especially in the Most Blessed Sacrament,
the Eucharist where our Lord is truly present -body, blood, soul,
and divinity. Also they all have taught me much about the faith and
I know I have so much more to learn. Catholicism can really get
exciting, believe it or not. So I love spending time with my
friends, whether that’s in Toronto at mass with the Holy Father,
or just catching a movie. I cherish all the moments we spend
together and I thank the good Lord for all of them. But, when I am
not spending time with my friends I am usually at home with my two
awesome parents and my brother talking and eating lots of good food.
They all have been great support in my vocational interest and may
God Bless ‘em. So in the future I hope to be a priest or a
religious-GOD WILLING. My hobbies are
snowboarding, walking outdoors, I love going to the beach, and I
love listening to music-all types as long as it is positive. These
interests are where I encounter the risen Lord in a mysterious, yet
awesome way. I think it is important to seek the face of Jesus
Christ in things that are not so obvious, like movies, books,
different music, paintings, and everyday society. Look for Him
everywhere, especially in the not so attractive things in life-HE'S
THERE! Our God is so good and loving. I know you’ve heard that a
million times, but it is so true. Come join Baltimore Catholic and
experience God’s infinite love for you. For He says,
"You are precious in my site and I love you...I have loved you
with an everlasting love. " Come on everyone is looking for
love, so come, "Do not be afraid" (JPII), and experience
love in its purest form in Christ Jesus.
