Sunday Mount Vernon Archdiocese of Baltimore Young Adult Mass The Archdiocese of Baltimore Young Adult Council will be hosting their quarterly Archdiocesan wide Young Adult Mass on Sunday, January 29th at 4:30 pm at the Basilica of the Assumption (409 Cathedral St). The Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Rozanki followed by a listening at the Catholic Center across the street from the Basilica. The listening session will be on planning the future for parishes and the Archdiocese, food will be provided. Charles Village Mass The Baltimore Frassati Fellowship at SS. Philip and James (2801 N. Charles St) in Charles Village has a weekly Young Adult Mass each Sunday at 5:00 pm . The Mass is celebrated by one of the Dominican Friars and the music will be a more modern contemporary Christian music. Federal Hill Mass The Catholic Community of South Baltimore sponsors a young adult Mass every Sunday at 5:00 pm at Holy Cross Parish (108 E West St.) in Federal Hill. Join them after Mass for a social in the church hall. Canton Mass St. Casmir (2736 O'Donnell St) in Canton sponsors a young adult Mass every Sunday at 5:00 pm. Join them after Mass on first Sundays for coffee and dessert at Vacarro's on Canton Square. Mount Vernon Mass St. Ignatius in Mount Vernon (740 N. Calvert St.) hosts a weekly 6:00 pm Mass in the Chapel. Although not specifically a young adult Mass it is attended by many young adults attend and they host a social after Mass on the second Sunday of each month. Special Events Monday, January 30 - Charles Village Bible Study on 1st Corinthians The Baltimore Frassati Fellowship at SS. Philip and James (2801 N. Charles St) in Charles Village is hosting a weekly Bible Study on 1st Corinthians on Mondays from January 30th through April 2nd. The Evening begins at 8:30 pm with a 30-minute teaching video from Ascension Press and then is followed by a one hour discussion in the basement of the church. Sundays, February 12 - Charles Village Theology of the Body Discussion Group The Baltimore Frassati Fellowship at SS. Philip and James (2801 N. Charles St) in Charles Village is hosting a weekly Theology of the Body Discussion Group on Sunday evenings from 6:15 (after 5:00 pm Mass) to 8:00 pm in the Church Hall from February 12th through April 1st. They will be using an instruction video by Christopher West, you can also order a study guide for $15 if you register by February 3rd.
